一、假期时间安排

• 2026 年 2 月 12 日 至 2026 年 2 月 24 日

• 2026 年 2 月 25 日起恢复正常办公

二、假期服务说明 春节假期期间，经略科技将安排技术人员值班，保障平台及客户业务的稳定运行。 假期内服务安排如下：

• 平台及服务器运行不受影响

• 7×24 工单与远程技术支持服务正常提供

• 注意： 设备上下架、进出机房及现场操作等线下服务将暂停

• 涉及人工处理的部分非紧急业务，响应时间可能有所延迟

如您有相关硬件或现场服务需求，建议提前做好规划。

2026 Lunar New Year Service Arrangement Notice

Dear Customers,

Thank you for your continued trust and support for Jinglue Technology. In observance of the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday, please find our service arrangement below:

1. Holiday Period

• February 12, 2026 – February 24, 2026

• Normal business operations will resume on February 25, 2026.

2. Service Availability During the holiday period, our platform and services will continue to operate normally. To ensure service continuity, technical staff will be on duty as scheduled. Please note the following:

• All systems and servers will remain online.

• 24/7 ticket-based and remote technical support will remain available.

• Note: On-site services, including hardware installation, equipment delivery, and data center access, will be temporarily suspended.

• Response times for non-critical or manual requests may be slightly delayed.

Customers are advised to plan any on-site or hardware-related requests in advance.
